The Sojourn Tax or Tourist Tax is a tax levied by the Croatian government on people staying in overnight accommodation. The tax is applicable to people aged 12 years or older. 

As a property owner in Croatia, we are therefore required to register all of our guests who are aged 12 or over for the tourist tax - we include this in your booking price but it means that we require some personal information from you after booking. By booking, you agree to email us with the following details before you arrive - when you have booked we will send you an email requesting this with full instructions again.

 

What details do we need:

• Full name (including middle names)

• Date of birth

• Passport number

• Home address

 

Your information will be used solely for completing the registration for the sojourn tax.
